Yes, After making backups, I have installed the dslocalization in DNN 5.1.4. Works perfect.
why it's a beta version? Can we use this version in a production mode? Can we buy the code source?

It is a beta version because it is currently being tested. Latest version has not received any bug reports and it is already being used in production in a lot of websites so I think is is stable. I will suggest to backup you site and database first.
