If you are opening the website, then you are including all files including modules.

The reason DNN provides a solution/project file is because not all files are part of the same project.

Please use the correct solution/project files

Installed a new 5.3 dotnetnuke, installede latest DS localizzator. Create a Solution from the root with visual studio and try to debug the solution.
The error is this
