at begging I should thanks for your great module that help me for a long time, my problem is when I want to set a container for whole Portal or Tabs, it doesn't work, but if I set the container from "Edit Module Localizations" it works!!!

for example I have a web site with 3 or more languages, some of them use LTR skin and container and some of them use RTL. when I want to set skin, it works great, It means I can set each portal skin by "Edit Portal Localizations", but I can not set container by "Edit Portal Localizations" or "Edit Tab Localizations", and I have to set containers for modules 1 by 1 :-( by "Edit Module Localizations"

and there is something strange, if I set default container of ADMIN in PORTAL or TAB settings, it works, but in user view mode it does not works :-(

I think it is a bug that there is from old version till now, please solve it
