so I did the installation. I did it twice (dispite that there was no error message at installation process).
But now : the localisation info is still prensente but not applied !

Alle pages are shown for every language :-(

Any idea about that?

Enable Search: checked
Use SQL Viewstate: Yes, For All IPs
Use White Space Remover: checked
all the rest is uncheck

but when I try to get into the module Install Helper (HOST) I get the following error :

This is for the moment on 3.1.1 - once it works out fine I will upgrade to DNN 4.0.2
