I have set some replacement, and when I tried to get in and remove it when I press on the Replacemnt link I get an error. Why is that ? and in what DB table are these replacement saved so I can remove it by hand for now. Thanks.

The module will try to validate the data from the replacements grid. A line will be excluded only if no validation can be done for this line. (There are no reports about problems with that)
