The only reasons for DSlocalizator not working

1) The hack is not enabled. You mus enable the hack under the installation helper facility inside the module

2) Portal, page and module localization are not enabled. You must verify that you have enabled the sections your want to localize (By default those options are disabled) by using the general options page inside the module

3) You have DNN 3.2.x and you have not solved the problem described by vmasanas.
