Do you intalled a language pack for each language you have at your site? or just added by using the host option?

You need to. The translated content must be somewhere.

An alternative is that you can translate all texts (long work) by using the language tools at host menu.

Also, you need modules that support localization for content. You can:

• Use MMLinks for that (Links and text). All my site is build using this module
• Use similar modules for each locale and tell DSLocalizator to hide each one when not showing its locale
