i used dnn version 4.4.0 and 4.3.7 the problem is the same and DSLocalizator  version 01.00.23
i m using 2 language one of them is right-to-left so i need to use 2 different skin and container and put inside one of them  and go to Admin->DSLocalizator->Portal Settings Localization

and for each language select different    Portal Skin: and Portal Container:
note that Portal Skin will change and work great
but Portal Container:  Doesn’t change
