OK, I'll give it a shot... might be like the "blind leading the lame" (the famous painting... not making any comment on you or me ; )

OK,
1. download the newest download files for the localizer and the MMlinks here:
http://dnn.tiendaboliviana.com/web/Modulesandresources/Modules/DSLocalizator/tabid/75/Default.aspx
choose the download tab

2. in DNN, logged in as a host, go to the HOST tab, choose Module Definitions

3. near the top left of the page use the triangle to get to "upload new module"

4. in the next screen, choose the two zip files you downloaded, the localizer first, then the mmlinks

5. man, that's it! there are other steps you can do to changeyour default.aspx page, but in the test that I've done, that last step isn't necessary to get the localizer drop down and the mmlinks working!
