A bit of information that may be of use to some people.

I uploaded a new skin and container to a DNN4.9.5 site that uses DSLocalizator. The new skin only showed up in the Admin pages, and the new container on most but not all of the pages.

After a bit of playig around, I founf that I had tyo set the skin and container in DSLocalizator for all the pages where it had not updated properly.

No idea why, as we hadn't used DSLocalizator before to select skin by locale, but this worked even if a bit tedious to do.

We've had a similar thing with titles of modules using Apollo's MLHTML, where sometimes DNN seems to pick the title from Apollo, and sometimes from DSLocalizator, so we've had to set the titles in both to ensure that they display correctly.
