DSLocalizator only 'localize' NAV menu and solpart menu. This will not localize Artmenu and the only way to make it work is to code something, but i don't think DSLocalizator is the best start point to do that. I have done something similar with EALO menu and applying localization via code into treeview menu.

Any way i think you sould wait the Dotnetnuke Community Version 5.5.0 because they add localization then you will be able to translate your ARTMENU more easely with core code.
