You have probably already checked everything, but just in case you missed one, I think there are three places you need to make changes for it to work, the Install Helper, General Options, and Host Options

In the Install helper check that the scheduler is enabled --This is only available if logged in as host

in General options there are a few things to select

in Host options there is a check box to enable viewstate --This is only available if logged in as host.
